Context:
After signing a collaboration agreement with the C-Lab, a new research and cultural venue in Taipei, IRCAM Centre Pompidou requested Beaux Arts Consulting to support them define the overall programming of the site: strategy, content and training.
Activities:
- Performed a situational analysis of the local scene and the challenges for the C-Lab
- Designed a cultural project and an implementation schedule for a new center dedicated to creation and new technologies, inspired by IRCAM’s model
- Proposed dedicated events and mediation activities fostering a dialogue between art, science and technology
- Made organizational recommendations and helped recruiting the team
- Supported the creation of a laboratory dedicated to scientific research and technological development, nurturing the artistic creation
- Supported the professional training of cultural operators, technicians and artists
- Defined the internal and external workflows of the centre, including collaboration with IRCAM
